Live For Mondays was created around a simple belief: the beginning of the week shouldn't be something you dread. It should be another opportunity to start—to train harder, improve yourself, and move closer to the person you want to become.

LFM is an independent running brand for the people who get moving before the rest of the world wakes up. The early alarms. The dark streets. The quiet miles. The workouts nobody sees. We believe progress is built during those ordinary moments when quitting would be easier.

We started with one running hat and one purpose: to create dependable gear that represents discipline, consistency, and forward movement. Our first release is limited to only 50 hats, but the idea behind it is much bigger.

This isn't about being the fastest runner in the room. It's about showing up, pushing beyond yesterday, and refusing to wait for motivation.
